My Luci turns 4!!

I still can't believe that my little girl turned 4 years old a few days ago!! TIME FLIES!! Actually lately I feel like TIME ZOOMS!! and I know that most parents feel the same way because I hear it all the time from everyone I talk too. Lately I put a lot of thought into slowing down, really being present in every moment especially the moments spent with my kids and the people I love.

Every year I take pictures of my daughter on her actual birthday but this year we have had to divide the days and I am actually not even done and that's OK! I wanted to share the pictures I have taken. I started two days before her birthday with the view of the Jupiter Lighthouse in Jupiter, FL. Her toddler crown made her feel like a princess and her glittery boots allowed her to have some fun!!

On her actual birthday last Friday I took her to Palm Beach Gardens to take some Carousel pictures. When I think back to my childhood I remember the excitement of going around the carousel and waving bye to my mom everytime I passed her. It was so nice to have my mom come along with us and go on a ride with her grand daughter. What a blessing!!We stopped by for some yummy frozen yogurt before a quick outfit change...Luciana is such a natural dancer. She loves Ballet so it is only natural to use her ballet outfit in this beautiful Carousel...What a dreamLet me just say that it was a HOT day!!! It was perfect to stop by the beach to have some nice cold watermelons.
